Don't use content from other websites

Copying images and text from other websites is easy. Very easy. Copy and paste. But this is one of the worst things you can do to your website. Google is not fond of replicated content. Copying website text content can count against you with the search engines and may make your website rank disappear or lower. 

The same rules apply online as apply to printed material - books, articles, photographs. If it belongs to someone else, it's theft. It's not legal to copy text, images or code from another website and use it in your own website, unless you get permission from the website owner. Just because it's easy doesn't mean it's not against the law.

The answer - spend time and money on your content and photographs.
